  • What information do you collect from your customers? We only collect information such as email address, phone number, mailing address for interested applicants for staffing or new hires.

  • How do you collect it? Applicants usually submit information in response to job postings by email and sometimes information will be sent by a form on our website or a part of our service contracts. 

  • Why do you need this information and how do you use it? We will need address information to provide our services onsite at the customer’s location, contact information is used to schedule and confirm appointments, or provide program information once an applicant has been selected.

  • Do you share your customers’ information with anyone? If so, who do you share with and for what purpose?

    Customer information is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

    Information sharing is permitted for legitimate business purposes (e.g. background checks requested by clients for all new hires and security checks for access to specific sites. 

    Customer data will not be shared with external organizations unless explicitly required for service provision and with the customer's consent

  • "All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent; opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any purpose."

    All data transfers are subject to strict confidentiality agreements and that access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

    • Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

    • MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

    • Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

    • Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to office@tecknomic.com or (202)-829-2953. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

    • You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.

    • Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Tecknomic LLC will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers


  • How can customers opt out of communications with you?  by texting/replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT; by unsubscribing from your emails or texts, etc.
